I get it.

You’re busy, and pulling up at the drive through is more appealing to you than going to the grocery and preparing a meal.

We have all done it, and it’s convenient .


.


No thinking, no dishes… sounds amazing.


.


Til it catches up with you in the form of weight gain, digestive issues, high blood pressure, fatigue….


.


Now I’m not saying that EVERYONE will experience these symptoms, it all depends on the type of food you choose, quantity, and frequency.


.


But, your body keeps the score.


A little “here and there” can easily become a daily occurrence, then slide into multiple times daily.

All I’m saying is….


If you can’t remember the last time you made a meal at home….


Add this to your list of goals for 2024.

I’m not asking you to spend hours researching recipes and cooking in the kitchen, I’m simply asking you to consider steaming some vegetables in the microwave and air-frying some protein versus scrolling and clicking to summon the delivery gods of gluttony.

What you allow will continue.


What you do consistently will become the result.

Changing simple things within your control is where the power is.
