Managing your wellness when you’re “busy” can be tough.
Believe me, nobody knows better than me!
I own and operate 3 businesses; two online and one is brick & mortar, all while caring for an infant, a teenager, my husband and two dogs.
So if anyone has the ultimate legitimate excuse… it’s me.
But, I don’t like excuses.
Excuses are lame, create zero accountability and produce zero results.
.
My wellness is important to me, my family and my clients.
They depend on me.
But most of all I DEPEND ON ME.
How can I fill everyone’s cup when mine is empty?
I can’t, so because I want to keep their cups full, I have to give mine equal attention.
.
Nobody can want wellness for you.
Only YOU can do the work.
Luckily you don’t have to do it on your own, there are plenty of highly trained and well-credentialed professionals available at your fingertips.
The hardest step is the first, “the ice breaker”, after that it’s easy.
.
Start small and reasonable with something like walking 20 minutes a day, then adding 10 minutes to that each week.
.
Every stride toward wellness counts, no matter how small!
